To assure proper delivery of services we have to build accountability into every single system we deliver. This means that we have tracking databases to be sure the setup process is complete, training is done and others to be sure every member is optimized for best marketing results.
Delivering more then a member database means more reporting and we make this simple for our customers too.
Although we have most requested reports already setup for you to use, we also offer a built-in report writer and port out for advanced users that want to use report writers like Crystal Reports or CA Business Objects plus others.
We're designed for Chambers having just 26 members, or much more at 4600 members. System is designed to support many users and volunteer levels. It's simple to use, but highly advanced for even the most demanding users.
Our system is really fast too and designed to work perfectly on web-enabled cell phones or portable Internet devices like the Palm or iPhones from Apple. A perfect way to catch the member for payment at a Chamber mixer, or look up how well the Chamber is promoting its membership to close a deal.
